Struktol® A 50

Unsaturated fatty acid zinc soap used as a natural rubber peptizing agent. Improves resistance to reversal and produces vulcanized with better resilience and tear resistance; Due to its high solubility it does not generate migration or adverse effects on rubber/metal adhesion. It has a lubricating effect when used in SBR solutions improving fluidity, resistance to reversal, facilitating mixing and extrusion of compounds. It also allows easier demoulding or release of the mixing mill.
