Struktol® A 60

Mixture of zinc soaps of high molecular weight fatty acids that produces a faster physical peptization of natural rubber. It is effective at low temperatures and can be used for chewing in an independent stage but also in a single mixing stage. It favors the incorporation of loads by reducing the mixing time without affecting the hardness of the compound. Due to its high solubility it does not migrate in vulcanized compounds and reduces the use of stearic acid or paraffins.
