Struktol® W34

Mixture of esters and soaps of natural fatty acids with high molecular weight used for the production of compounds in open mills or internal mixers (Banbury) that improves plasticity, easy incorporation of fillers and other powdered ingredients. In highly loaded compounds it avoids the formation of load agglomerates generating fine dispersions homogenizing the properties throughout the vulcanized product. It prevents the adhesion of ingredients to processing equipment, reduces bagging in open mill and calendering, improves surface finish and edges of extruded profiles reducing energy consumption during processing.
