Van Gel® B

Mixture of silica and zinc-2-ethylhexanoate powder that acts as an activator in natural rubber compounds instead of stearic acid. Reduces stress relaxation and primary creep in compounds with efficient vulcanication systems. It also offers thermal stability (resistance to reversal) of natural rubber compounds containing thiazole-based accelerators. It can partially replace stearic acid in synthetic rubber compounds such as SBR and NBR, keeps the values of mechanical and physical properties constant due to its ease of dispersion.
