Veegum® R

Magnesium aluminosilicate that provides stabilizes, optimizes and modifies the rheology of emulsions and concentrates in suspension that also reduces the slippery or sticky sensation of rubbers and polymers providing a silky and dry sensation to the touch of topical preparations and oral and dental products where it can be used as a flavor masker. It is widely used in API solutions (with pharmacologically active ingredients), creams and suspensions with pH greater than 6 (neutral and alkaline) as well as in shampoos. It can also be used as a binder/disintegrator of tablets and as a release regulator in tablets manufactured by wet granulation.
